Will you and your hairdo get to the church on time?

Traditionally, it’s said the bride is often fashionably late to her wedding. In reality, it is better to be on time these days so that you don’t miss your wedding ‘slot’ at the church or registry office.

On the day itself, what eats up time the most? First, getting into your dress can take an age especially if you have intricate buttoning. Added to this is your hairstyle. It can take so much longer if self-styling as once the nerves kick in, many a bride ends up restyling in panic as it just doesn’t ‘look right.’

And as you know, there’s nothing worse than knowing your hairstyle looks wrong when you know all eyes will be on you for the day.

Tips for time-pressed brides

Instead, many brides-to-be like you now opt for having a professional stylist take care of your hair on the day.

That said, if you choose a hairdressers it can add extra time – leaving you running the risk of spoiling your hairdo if the weather isn’t playing game as you walk back to the carpark.

The better option could be a mobile hair stylist like me who comes to your home on the day itself. Of course, we’d have already had a dummy run of your hairdo beforehand to make sure you are happy with the style. This way, you avoid all possible hairdo disasters on the day! What a relief…

Want to book me as your bridal stylist? Here are some need-to-know pointers:

  • I’m now booking for 2018/19 as most of my time slots are full for this year. Think 12-18 months ahead to get the stylist you want rather than leaving to the last minute.
  • I work across a wide area from Staffordshire, Stoke and Telford, to Shrewsbury, Derby and Notts. If you’re in the Cheshire to Midlands, I can help.
  • Book a Platinum package quoting WP17, you can have a wonderful 10% off. Please note I can only hold dates for 24 hours without a deposit due to enquiries. So if you are happy to book me, get in touch and we can take it from there.

Remember, whatever you choose, planning ahead now will mean you can relax and enjoy your wedding day! Shout if I can help…

Take care,

Lindsay
