How to get perfect wedding day hair

The last thing you want to do on your wedding day is panic about your hair. With all eyes on the bride, you want to feel relaxed and confident, knowing you look your absolute best.

By choosing the wrong hair-do you’re likely to feel uncomfortable. Pick the right hairstyle to suit your personality, dress and the occasion,  and you can step down the aisle feeling every inch the glamorous bride.

Having helped many nervous brides-to-be across Stafford look absolutely fabulous on their wedding day, here is one of my top tips:

Give yourself time to prepare

Last minute hairstyle changes can shoot your stress levels through the roof. Instead, plan your wedding hairstyle well ahead of the big day itself.

One of the best ways of doing that is to book a hair trial with a recommended wedding stylist. Even if you have a style in mind, a specialist can advise you on the best look for your cut and length of hair.

Plus, it’s a wonderful chance to try out different styles. Maybe a full up do, an undone up do, or gorgeous boho waves. If you don’t fancy your hair up, we can explore all the other options.

As well as practising your hairstyle, a consultation is also important if you’ve a specific dress and accessories in mind. There have been many occasions where I’ve seen the bride in her dress beforehand and suggested a beautiful new style to complement her overall look.

Why choose a mobile wedding hairstylist?

Clients often tell me they love the freedom of being at home while we experiment with different looks. Because some of us girls feel on display in a salon, the privacy of having your hair styled at home at a time to suit you can make all the difference.

If you too would like to book a wedding hair consultation with me, Lindsay, just get in touch. If you live in Staffordshire, including East Cheshire and the West Midlands, call me on 07854 437595 for a chat.
